Idea Surgeries

An Idea Surgery is the first step to accessing all the amazing support on offer through Imperial Enterprise Lab. You can book a  session with one of the team who will help you understand the next steps in developing you idea or progressing your venture.

Whether you simply have an idea, or a fully-fledged business we can help with practical suggestions, and, if you are ready, access to resources like Experts-in-Residence, Business Coaching, or the opportunity to pitch for IVMS mentorship.

You will get an email detailing our recommendations and pointing you to any resources we think would be valuable.

Sirui Qui, MSc Strategic Marketing

The Idea Surgery session I had with Ben was definitely a milestone in the startup journey. It was great to have an expert confirm your idea and that gave me the confidence to move things forward.

The process

An Idea Surgery is there to help you on your entrepreneurial journey, and a key step to making the most of it is to make sure you have prepared. This involves completing an Idea Canvas. Don’t worry if you have never completed something like this before, do your best and bring it with you to your Idea Surgery.
