We tend to think of military leadership as driven by orders and shouting. But that’s just for the battlefield or when leadership has failed. Elite military teams are high-performing because they are inclusive, trusting, and places of psychological safety.
In this session, Ash Bhardwaj draws on three years of researching and delivering training at the Centre for Army Leadership, and his own experience of leading teams in the Army, on expeditions, and during high-pressure film shoots. He will share the lessons and skills that can be used in enterprise.
