Enterprise Month

March = Enterprise Month, and that means four weeks full of showcases, competitions and exhibitions of the best innovation and entrepreneurship talent that Imperial has to offer. Events include the finals of WE Innovate and the Venture Catalyst Challenge, so grab your tickets early to secure your place!

I&E Showcase Event

Saturday 2 March
This startup bootcamp led by the Business School will celebrate the innovation & entrepreneur ecosystem at Imperial College London inviting prospective students to develop an innovative idea and pitch in front of an investor panel.

WE Innovate Final

Thursday 7 March
Join us to celebrate the finalists of the 5th year of Imperial’s women’s entrepreneurship programme WE Innovate. This year’s final is sponsored by BP and there will be a £30k prize fund available for the 5 finalists to compete for.

Advanced Hackspace Demo Day

14 -15 March
Showcasing the student and staff projects that have been created in the Hackspace over the past year. Head to the main entrance on Exhibition Road between 11am – 5pm to see the projects and learn more about the Advanced Hackspace.

IGHI Student Challenges Final

Tuesday 19 March
The IGHI Student Challenges competition invites students studying at institutions across the UK to submit their innovative ideas tackling global health challenges. Finalists will pitch to an esteemed judging panel who will decide on the winner of the £5k prize.

VCC Grand Final

Thursday 21 March
The Venture Catalyst Challenge is the university’s largest entrepreneurship competition and this year it has doubled its prize fund to £80k! Join sponsors Blenheim Chalcot, Amazon Robotics, Shell, P&G Ventures and Legal and General to watch this year’s track winners pitch for the top prize.

Dyson School Open House

Friday 22 March
The Dyson School are opening the doors of their new building for a celebration the design engineering community and culture of innovation. Discover leading and emerging design engineers through talks, installations and exhibitions of work.

Schools Science Final

Wednesday 27 March
The Schools Science Competition focuses on the UN’s Global Goals for Sustainable Development. Teams of secondary school students select a specific goal and devise a new and innovative scientific solution in response. The shortlisted teams will present their idea in front of a live audience and a panel of VIP judges.

Enterprise Lab: Showcase for alumni
