After 3 years development, Planera has developed and launched the world’s first certified biodegradable sanitary pads. The pads are made entirely of plant fibre that can be flushed or disposed, offering a soft texture and high degree of absorbency.

Dr. Olivia Ahn, former student from faculty of medicine and co-founder of Planera, explained to Cosmopolitan her team’s idea of this impactful product to the environment. Read the full article about Planera on Cosmopolitan here.

Planera is giving out trial box to 300 people every month. Due to the high demand, their waiting list is currently open for sign-ups. More information on Planera’s website.
