About this Event

Wondering how you can be a better leader, improve your communication skills and learn how to handle different roles you face as an entrepreneur? Join us as Mary Lemmer, Entrepreneur and Improv Comedian, shows how you can improve your business and skills in this unique and engaging session.

Mary is an Entrepreneur, Venture Capitalist, Author and Improv Comedian. She is the creator of Improve, which helps some of the largest and fastest-growing companies and their leaders to innovate, solve critical business challenges and increase performance through communication, collaboration, resiliency, diversity and inclusion, creativity and other important leadership skills. Mary does this using a unique, fun, engaging and effective framework that combines improv comedy, high performance coaching, research-backed techniques and decades of experience as an investor, entrepreneur, executive, and improv comedian.

Mary has worked with tens of thousands of leaders and thousands of companies. She started her first company at age 14, did early stage venture capital, was a Director at a Silicon Valley unicorn, wrote a book, and in her ‘spare’ time, illustrates food puns on Instagram. She is the creator and host of Startup Late Night, a late night comedy show featuring business leader guests, and has performed improv and comedy all over the United States.

It will be held virtually on Zoom. Meeting details will be sent nearer to the date of talk.

All of the above activities will support your progress towards the Imperial Award.
