It’s inevitable that at some point in your career you will have to work with challenging personalities. In fact, clashing working styles can cause the end of even the best businesses! Knowing how to handle different personality types and make the most of your working relationship is key to startup success.

Join us as Gill Hasson, Author of Sunday Times Bestseller ‘How To Deal with Difficult People’, explains how to deal with other people calmly, directly and honestly using assertiveness skills and techniques. This will help you to develop strategies to respond rationally, be able to confidently stand up to others and know when to walk away.

Gill is a writer and the author of more than 25 books on the subject of wellbeing for adults and children including books on mental health, mindfulness, emotional intelligence and communication skills. She also delivers teaching and training for education organisations, voluntary and business organisations and the public sector. Gill’s particular interest and motivation is in helping people to realise their potential; to feel good about themselves and other people and make a positive contribution to the world.

This event will be held virtually on Zoom. Meeting details will be sent nearer to the date of talk.
