About this event
Special Edition! Co-organised by 7Chairs at Imperial College London.
Take care of yourself and your startup with our special session on founder’s wellbeing! Designed specifically for student founders, this event will explore practical strategies for prioritising your mental health and managing mental demands of entrepreneurship. Join us as we dive into topics such as overcoming imposter syndrome, navigating the emotional journey of entrepreneurship, finding work-life balance, staying motivated and focused, and developing healthy habits for success. With a supportive community and expert guidance, you’ll leave feeling empowered to take on the challenges of entrepreneurship with confidence and resilience.
Event format: Speed Round Table Discussions. Groups of 7-15 founders rotate between different tables (topics) to discuss your experiences, listen to others and learn tools to help you improve your mental health and wellbeing.
7Chairs is an Imperial College Startup supported by the Founders of Youtube, Lime, and Zoom. It is a social support platform that connects people in groups for discussions with a qualified facilitator. Whether it’s for mental health support or learning from industry experts, 7Chairs provides a supportive and interactive space for individuals to grow and thrive.
Community Collider is our monthly social that brings together entrepreneurs from every corner of Imperial College London.
It’s a fantastic opportunity to make new friends, meet future collaborators and join the Enterprise Lab community in a friendly, relaxed and creative environment. Hosted by your Community Support Coordinators, events will feature fun icebreakers and lots of chat, alongside some refreshments to enjoy! All are welcome to this event from undergrad to alumni. You don’t even need to have a business idea. Take this opportunity to meet, mingle, and mix – you may even walk away with a new co-founder!
