Nicola Filzmoser, co-founder of Happyr Health, won the Women in Innovation Award 2021 from Innovate UK and KTN.
As part of the 2021 WE Innovate cohort, Nicola and her partner Cornelius Palm aim to help children and young people to manage headache and migraine, guiding them to develop through storytelling and gaming application. The application allows users to keep track of syndromes, learn to cope and monitor the pain.
Nicola and her team’s strong commitment in improving pain therapy for young people have them to earn the Audience Award of the Health Innovation Prize organised by Institution of Global Health Innovation.
